A hosted document and finance manager for small and medium businesses: branded quotations, proforma invoices, invoices and receipts, client statements, expenses, profit and loss and full financial reports, and expiry reminders. Each business gets its own branding and web address, and its data is kept separate.

It depends on what you need. Consultancy, automation and dashboard projects are quoted on scope after a short conversation, training is priced per session or programme, and the platform is a subscription plus a one-off setup. Tell us what you need and we will send a clear quotation.

Yes. We clean and model your data, design the KPIs that matter, and build interactive Power BI dashboards and management reports, with automated reporting where possible.

Typical examples are leave and staff requests, procurement approvals, recurring monthly reports, document routing, notifications and follow-ups, and manual data capture, mostly using Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint and Forms.

Practical training in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, automation, AI and digital productivity, and data literacy, delivered as in-house corporate training, departmental workshops, individual training, short courses and bootcamps, or customised programmes.

Yes. A business connects its own Google account once; saved documents are then filed in its Google Drive, and quotations can go into its Google Calendar and Tasks. Documents can be emailed from the business's own address or shared on WhatsApp.

Not yet. The platform handles VAT and prints your KRA PIN on documents, but its invoices do not go through KRA's eTIMS at the moment. KRA's own eTIMS tools are free to use for tax invoices in the meantime.

Each business's records are separated at the database level, connections are encrypted, and passwords and sign-in tokens are stored securely. Once a business is live, our support staff can only open its workspace with its owner's approval. See our Privacy Policy for details.
